Fronts are sized and crewed against the spread's expected daily production, release points are agreed by station number before mobilization, and restoration follows the lay at a fixed offset instead of piling up for the end of the job. When weather or a crossing redesign moves the spread, our fronts re-sequence with it — and the daily production report shows where every front stands, so the mainline superintendent is never guessing where dirt will be ready.
